Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply in Redding, CA is seeking a Delivery Material Handler to assist in loading, delivering, and distributing building materials to job sites. The role requires manual handling, operating forklifts or cranes as needed, and ensuring accurate material quantities are delivered.

The candidate should be able to climb ladders and work on roofs up to 40 feet, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and customer service at delivery points. bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and comprehend English or Spanish as required by the branch location.
• Knowledge of roofing material and/or construction and distribution.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and climb as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Load or assist in loading and securing materials on trucks daily.
• Verify quantities for accuracy of materials.
• Assist driver in locating job sites and guiding placement.
• Unload materials using forklift, crane, conveyor, or by hand.
• Maintain safe handling and proper stacking on roofs up to 40 feet high.
