Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with deep FM Asset Class expertise (Options, Fixed Income, Equities) for a Trade Surveillance project built on Q/KDB and Python/Pyspark. You will coordinate with stakeholders across project teams, manage governance, and mentor a large team of developers and automation engineers.

You will drive delivery plans, manage risks and issues, and collaborate with Bank stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality results while exploring GenAI-enabled

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst
• Experience as a Business Analyst in FM Asset Class (Options, Fix Income, Equities) and Trade Life Cycle
• Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience
• Past experience leading a team of 30+ developers, BA and automation engineers

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets to agree timelines and funding and manage governance with the technical development manager
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines and schedules
• Document actions from workshops and track deliverables
• Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests
• Work with SME experts to understand business processes
• Document and raise Risks and Issues to Product Owners, Business Owners and Program Management
• Participate in project testing cycles and help prepare test packs
• Understand current systems and propose system/process improvements
• Mentor and guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world-class products
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to developers
• Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders to execute the plan
• RAID management of project
• Leverage Gen AI to improve productivity and delivery quality

Project Description:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities) for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.
