Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a Delivery Manager for Digital Transformation on SAP S/4HANA and MES. The role is remote with Pacific Time alignment, supporting CA (Bay Area) or Dallas, TX locations, with monthly Bay Area travel. Start ASAP for a 2-year contract, requiring hands-on SAP/MES delivery leadership and strong shop-floor experience.

The role drives planning, builds, testing, and status reporting while coordinating 15–20 resources and aligning with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background as a functional SAP resource who progressed into a delivery lead or delivery manager role
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA and MES operational solutions
• Hands-on experience with configuration, technical specs, build, and unit testing
• Strong manufacturing shop-floor experience (production, execution, or plant operations)
• Experience managing teams in complex enterprise manufacturing environments
