Position Overview
We are proactively building a pipeline of experienced Delivery Managers who are passionate about data analytics and business intelligence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, leveraging your expertise to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Translate and assist with the development of product roadmaps and feature requests into models, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, SDLC Documentation, and other program artifacts.
- Create, update, and maintain responsibility for program documentation and artifacts including technical and functional procedures, technical documentation, architectural diagrams, DR plans, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Maintain responsibility for contractual deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs, architects, developers, and other leads to drive requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and track risks; communicate statuses, and escalate concerns when needed.
- Identify and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
- Work with project management, development teams, and other departments to actively remove obstacles blocking progress and ensure the program is within schedule.
- Prioritize and groom the team(s) backlog.
- Lead daily stand-ups, grooming, demos, and other team and client meetings.
- Create work estimates, track progress, and report status in burn up/down charts.
- Understand the design, business logic, and technical architecture of platform components and their interactions.
- Serve as the primary functional expert for the components you are responsible for.
- Participate actively in the entire customer lifecycle, working with sales to ensure proper technical support for clients and projects.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with data analysis, collection, management, and organization.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management or delivery management of medium/large enterprise clients.
- Deep knowledge of business intelligence and data science best practices.
- Understanding of data visualization choices to convey insights effectively.
- Experience working with sales, billing, and financial data.
- Highly diligent and aware of organizational initiatives with strong prioritization skills.
- Strong familiarity with SQL queries across databases including Postgres.
- Excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Highly organized, capable of managing time and resources effectively.
- Ability to multitask and progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills; proactive and action-oriented.
- Experience with industry tools such as Tableau, Informatica, Power BI, Alteryx, JIRA, MS Project, or other project management tools.
