Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus a full benefits package. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience driving 26-foot box trucks.
• Experience supervising or managing employees.
• Ability to lead a 14-16 person team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee a team of 14-16 drivers and driver helpers.
• Ensure safe, efficient deliveries and high customer service.
• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to drivers.
• Manage fleet inventory and ensure trucks are stocked and ready.
• Assist with route coverage and peak workload periods as a working manager.
