Johnson Brothers Maverick Beverage is seeking a Delivery Manager to direct and optimize delivery operations across Texas. You will oversee drivers, routes, dispatch, and fleet maintenance, ensuring DOT compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Ideal candidates bring CDL preference, strong tech skills, and a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CDL license preferred.
• Strong technology skills and navigation of fleet software.
• Customer service oriented with clear communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee delivery-related operations for the fleet.
• Manage delivery personnel; address discrepancies and/or complaints.
• Understand tractor/trailer components and DVIR processes.
• Schedule, route, and track deliveries; ensure DOT compliance.
• Maintain fleet records and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee DOT decals, registrations, and driver qualifications.
• Train staff and handle employee issues; ensure safety standards.
• Plan routes, monitor performance, and drive efficiency.
