Precise Software Solutions seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to support CMS Security Operations, leading planning, execution and delivery of cross-team initiatives. Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT, PM, delivery or program management experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Ability to translate partially defined objectives into executable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and PM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; PMP/ Scrum Master, or Agile cert preferred.

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Security Operations program.

This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of technical and operational initiatives that span multiple teams, stakeholders, and cloud platform services. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can independently drive initiatives from concept through implementation, establish structure where needed, and maintain ownership through completion.

Success in this role requires the ability to operate in evolving environments, coordinate across organizational boundaries, and transform partially defined objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. The position will initially support a cloud engineering workstream while also contributing to broader program initiatives, strategic planning efforts, and cross-functional delivery activities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to take partially defined objectives and develop executable plans that achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other Agile certifications preferred.
