Adams Beverages Nc Llc is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery department, drive performance, and ensure efficient route coverage within the assigned area. The role emphasizes safety, training, hiring, and collaboration with Sales, Warehouse, and Fleet Maintenance teams.
The ideal candidate will have a business-focused background, analytical skills, and the ability to develop Area Delivery Managers to meet company goals and deadlines.

The Delivery Manager with proper development can expect opportunities to move into roles such as Operations Manger.
Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Delivery Managers are required to possess and maintain a clean and valid license for a minimum of 60 months and ABC permit for the purpose of peddling alcoholic products.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or Organizational Management is required.
Some college course work completed may be accepted with significant (5-10 years) delivery experience with management duties.

While performing the duties of this job in the office environment, the Manager is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. While performing duties of this job in the field environment, the Manager will be exposed on a regular basis to moving mechanical parts, motor vehicles and traffic. In addition, the exposure while in customer locations cannot be projected. These conditions may vary, and the Manager will receive adequate training to recognize and avoid hazards that cannot be described as expected. Noise levels will range from quiet to loud.
