Job summary

Scheels is seeking a delivery-focused associate to safely load, transport, assemble, and deliver merchandise to customers. You will interact with customers, troubleshoot service issues, and maintain accurate records while upholding Scheels’ ESOP culture.

The role requires a clean, valid driver’s license, DOT approval where applicable, and a 21+ age requirement. High school diploma or GED is preferred, with light experience in delivery or installation a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have clean, valid driver’s license and be a DOT-approved driver where required.
• 21 years of age or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and accuracy during loading and transport of merchandise.
• Assemble, service, and deliver Scheels merchandise (e.g., exercise machines, grills, furniture).
• Troubleshoot delivery or equipment issues and keep detailed records.
• Ensure clean, professional appearance of delivery trucks and areas.
• Coordinate with leadership and store teams for large shipments and assemblies.
