Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Specialist to join a safety-focused Transportation team that delivers bulk and packaged shipments with a commitment to customer excellence.

You will work with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations. The role emphasizes dispatching and delivering freight, including bulk tanker operations, with a focus on safe transit, rate negotiations, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED required.
• Working knowledge of 49 CFR.
• 2-3 years’ dispatching experience, preferably with bulk tankers.
• Ability to manage loads during seasonal demand.
• Strong mathematical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven agility to respond to customer changes.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and deliver freight, including bulk tanker operations.
• Manage safe transit of liquid bulk shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, and third-party carriers.
