Responsibilities

• Dispatching & logistics management: provides schedules and dispatches delivery crews, conveying orders to branch warehouse and staff.
• Establishes and maintains customer relationships; communicates delivery statuses to customers, sales, and management.
• Uses Department of Transportation (DOT) dispatch software and ensures compliance.
• Directs drivers on issues and confirms details (address, material, stocking conditions) before loads depart.
• Attends required meetings related to deliveries and company operations.
