Job summary

Cowtown Materials, Inc. - Abilene is seeking a Delivery Helper to support loading, locating job sites, backing, preparing and restoring sites, and getting the truck ready for the next day. You will help maintain the truck and equipment and ensure safety at all times.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, safe unloading and delivering materials per customer directions, and route navigation to job sites while complying with OSHA/DOT guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and carry materials.
• Strong self-management and proactive work style.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates safety consciousness and OSHA/DOT awareness.

Responsibilities

• Load, locate job sites and prepare trucks for next day.
• Safely unload products and deliver to assigned areas per customer.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain truck and equipment.
• Navigate routes to job sites and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
