CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. You will drive strategies to pre-position, bid, win, and execute projects while managing risk, cost, and client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, substantial travel, and the ability to deliver high‑quality, on‑time outcomes across remote locations. Join a global firm with a long US government portfolio and diverse opportunities.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required with 10 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency contingent on duties and workload.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Develop pursuit strategies including teaming partners, bidding tactics, and resources for complex projects.
Plan and evaluate engineering/construction techniques and criteria.
Create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for challenging locations.
Prepare statements of work with WBS and obtain stakeholder concurrence and approval.
Assess risks and implement mitigation; ensure adherence to PM policies.
