Job summary

CDM Smith is hiring a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region. You will drive pursuit strategies, bid leadership, and execution across Hawaii, Guam, and adjacent areas.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and about ten years in program management, with travel up to 50% annually. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable, on-time project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10 years of related PM experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop pursuit strategies, teaming partners, bidding tactics for Indo-Pacific projects.
• Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in engineering/construction techniques and criteria.
• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects.
• Prepare detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and approvals.
• Assess risk and outline mitigation; ensure PM policies and practices are followed.
• Manage project costs and profitability; identify residual risk and costs.
• Monitor project status and risks; escalate as appropriate.
• Coordinate staffing and procurement with internal/external stakeholders.
• Build and manage strong client relationships; ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales leaders on scoping and costing new work.
