Job Description

This is a remote position. We seek a full-time employee eligible for employment in the United States.

Position Overview

The Delivery Lead is responsible for understanding the client’s digital transformation vision and ensuring the final product aligns with their goals. You will serve as a strategic advisor on system capabilities and prioritization, and as a key resource for Engineering, Design, and Quality teams. You should be comfortable presenting to client executives and diving into technical details with engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help clients scope and prioritize using your technical expertise and understanding of their goals
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering & Design teams and client stakeholders
  • Define acceptance criteria based on business and user requirements
  • Lead delivery by managing the product backlog and removing blockers
  • Manage scope to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Track project performance and identify risks proactively
  • Drive conversations about scope, timeline, and budget to meet client expectations
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement solutions
Requirements
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable build requirements
  • Experience in tracking and mitigating project risks
  • Strong project planning skills with clear milestones and deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and new technologies
Qualifications
  • 4+ years leading cross-functional, technical initiatives in a customer-facing role
  • Experience managing project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies, including waterfall and Agile
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud) is a plus
