Job summary

Korn Ferry seeks a hands-on Delivery Lead to support a large enterprise transformation program. This role spans multiple workstreams, driving execution, removing roadblocks, and keeping key initiatives on track.

The candidate will coordinate with diverse teams and provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, and deliverables. Based in the United States with locations in Austin, Raleigh, San Jose, Atlanta, or Durham, this long-term contract offers exposure to a global enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Background in global, highly matrixed organizations is a plus.
