Job summary

Datatonic is seeking a Delivery Lead to steer strategic data and AI transformation initiatives. You will partner with account managers and technical leaders to drive end-to-end delivery, from initial design and SOW through delivery and value realisation.

The role requires deep consulting experience, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex commercial arrangements while managing multi-stream delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, multi-year enterprise data/AI transformations in a consulting or tech-vendor setting.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into business language.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE: Strategic Delivery & Transformation Leadership

As a Delivery Lead, you will leverage your delivery expertise to provide strategic consulting

and engagement leadership. You will work closely with the Account Manager and

technical/engineering leadership in order to grow our most strategic accounts. You will own

the end-to-end success of our most complex, high-value data and AI transformation projects

and programmes, from initial solution design and SOW creation through delivery and business

value realisation.

This position demands a highly consultative delivery executive with a proven ability to manage

complex commercial arrangements, steer multi-stream delivery teams, and maintain C-suite

relationships to ensure strategic alignment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated, Delivery Lead who meets the following criteria:

• Multiple years of experience within a consulting firm, Big Four or Technical Consultancy or software vendor focused on complex enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale data and/or AI transformation programs (million + dollar scope, multi-year duration, involving 10+ team members).
• Proven expertise in the pre-sales and commercial process, including SOW creation, deal structuring, and managing scope through contracts.
• Exceptional senior and executive stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical roadmaps into clear business language.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience with financial management, forecasting, and P&L tracking for professional services engagements.
• Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid ways of working, particularly in the context of enterprise data programs.
• Agile Project Management, Prince2, or Scrum certification.
• Experience with JIRA or similar ITS software.
• A natural, engaging, and highly effective communicator and negotiator.
