Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to take end-to-end ownership of a flagship AI-enabled product, from inception through to business-as-usual rollout. This formative role requires adaptive, pragmatic leadership and the ability to shape the programme while delivering tangible outcomes.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, ensure responsible AI delivery, and partner with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of government governance, standards, and approval processes in a public sector delivery context.
• Experience with AI Playbook, Green/Teal Books, or similar government guidance frameworks.
• Experience supporting and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of AI ethics and the associated legal implications.
• Confident use of Programme, Agile,and Waterfall methodologies, with clear tracking and reporting discipline.
• Understanding of security implications relevant to product and service delivery.
• Strong User Experience/User Research-led experience, combined with a pragmatic, "get it done" approach.
• Proven Project, Programme, or Product go-live experience at scale.
