Job summary

Website Solutions USA Inc. seeks a Delivery Lead to guide application and system implementation projects from planning through completion in a hybrid Detroit, MI environment.

You will develop project plans, manage scope, cost, and timelines, and lead stakeholder discussions to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations. You will mentor junior team members, build data models and dashboards using Advanced Excel, Access, SQL, and VBA, and drive data-driven process

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management and data analysis.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Advanced Excel experience.
• Strong Microsoft Access and VBA experience.
• Strong SQL skills with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly with limited prior knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
