Job summary

BrandsMart is seeking a Delivery Clerical staff member to support the delivery team with clerical tasks, scheduling, and inventory control. The role involves processing shipments, verifying deliveries, and maintaining dock schedules to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong English skills, reliable attendance, and solid organizational abilities to coordinate with warehouse staff and vendors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Ability to utilize all provided resources and technology.
Ability to demonstrate oral/written communication and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with clerical duties and support the delivery team
Process inbound and outbound shipments
Verify and correct inbound and outbound deliveries
Assist Inventory Clerk in counting and investigate inventory variances
Validate out of stock reports
Maintain the inbound and outbound dock scheduling
Create purchase orders for products and miscellaneous items
Process reports for the Warehouse team
Complete general housekeeping duties
