Aaron's Delivery Drivers are integral to delivering positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, plus helping customers understand product use.

You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, support daily store operations, and engage with customers in the community. The role offers a pay range of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with a broad benefits package including time off, insurance, retirement plans, and wellness

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified if required in location.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
