Job summary

Aaron's in Pennsylvania is seeking a Delivery Driver to support in-store operations and community engagement. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installation, and merchandise demonstrations, with time spent both inside and outside the store.

You will stage and secure products, load and unload merchandise, and assist with daily route and store maintenance. Candidates should be 21+ with a valid license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (300 with help).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and at least 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.
• Schedule may include hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely position products and operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance logs.
