Elite Austin is seeking a Furniture Installation & Delivery Specialist to join our design-focused team in the Austin area. This part-time role (24-40 hours/week) starts at 7:00 AM and ends around 3:30 PM, with occasional overnight travel to the DFW area for larger installations.

You’ll be hands-on with daily loading, unloading, and arranging furniture in homes and condos. We value reliability, teamwork, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture assembly and repair; training can be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 125 pounds and carry/shift furniture.
• Stand, move, bend and work for extended periods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for warehouse operations.

We are currently searching for someone interested in part-time (24-40 hours per week) work that could result in full-time employment. The core function of this position involves daily installation and removal projects of inventory in beautiful homes and condos across the Austin and Dallas metro area. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs (team lifts) occasionally, and rarely above 125 lbs (team lifts). On an average day, our logistics crew assists in loading furniture onto our truck, going on a route, and pulling and inspecting furniture for the following day. Our daily routes typically include one installation and one move-out. While our truck usually accommodates two, we may assign a third team member for larger installations. Teamwork indeed makes the dream work! Box truck driving experience is a plus, but not required. We are all about training and development, so get ready to learn new skills as well!

Schedule and Pay:

Hourly Rate of $20/hour (estimated 24-40 hours per week) Possible full-time position as an employee if a position is open Flexible hours are available (certain days off, etc.) Day starts and ends at company warehouse (78754) Potential travel to the DFW area for jobs (1-2 nights in a hotel) 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM is the most common shift

Responsibilities:

• Participate in warehouse operations, organization, and inventory control for the company
• Assist in arranging and relocating furniture, artwork, and decor for various projects

Qualifications:

• Experience in furniture assembly and repair, including proficient use of tools; training can be provided as needed
• Ability to lift and transport furniture weighing up to 125 pounds with physical strength
• Capable of standing, moving, bending, and carrying for extended periods of time
• Proficient in maintaining inventory accuracy for warehouse operations
• Comfortable handling occasional stressful situations and meeting deadlines
• Willingness to work in warehouse and outdoor environments
• Demonstrates professional appearance and high reliability with punctuality
• Possesses a positive attitude, is a team player, and maintains a flexible approach to work
