We are a Delivery Service Company seeking enthusiastic, team players to join us as a Delivery Helper in and around Simi Valley, CA. Our team is dedicated to delivering packages on time and bringing smiles to our customers' doors. We offer FULL-TIME & PART-TIME opportunities.

Responsibilities of a Delivery Helper:

• Assist in loading packages into the delivery vehicle
• Use handheld devices for routing and customer information
• Work comfortably in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift
• Be customer-obsessed, striving to deliver packages and smiles above and beyond expectations
• Be available to work at least one weekend day per week

Approximate hours are from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with shifts up to 10 hours, available 7 days a week. Helper incentives and bonuses are offered during peak seasons. Health insurance is available for full-time helpers.

Starting pay is $17 per hour, with compensation plus overtime, PTO, and 401K:

• Average hourly rate of $18.25 to $19.25 (including overtime and paid time off)
