Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Must be 18 years or older.

Drivers License not required.

$17.00-$21.50/hr.

Schedule

Up to 3 days a week (Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday). No other shifts available.

10-hour shifts

Daily Hours: 10:45am - 8:30pm.

$250 Referral bonus (referred must work min. 90 days).

General Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, prompt, and accurate deliveries.
• Support drivers on the road.
• Prepare necessary tools in the vehicle before departure.
• Monitor driver distraction and road hazards.
• Coordinate with the driver on stops and hazards.
• Review manifests and assist with scheduled deliveries.
• Perform safety walks before deliveries.
• Identify driver impairment and notify management if needed.
• Organize packages in the cargo area safely.
• Follow lifting and manual handling guidelines.
• Perform Get Out And Look (GOAL) and act as a spotter during backing maneuvers.
• Work in all weather conditions, lift packages up to 50 lbs., and move in and out of vehicles frequently.
• Communicate effectively with the team and customers.
• Use smartphone devices for navigation, scanning, and communication.
• Receive performance bonuses for safety and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficient with smartphones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous delivery experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
