Paycom - ATS is seeking a Driver Helper (Full-Time) in Brewster, NY to assist the CDL driver with unloading groceries and supplies. You will move items using pallets, maintain accurate delivery paperwork, and ensure safe, friendly service to customers.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays. On-site benefits include medical, dental, vision, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable with physically demanding work: bending, twisting, reaching, and weather exposure.
• Stamina for long hours and ability to navigate steps, docks, and ramps.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Basic math for payments/invoices and proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Ride along with a CDL driver and help unload meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and supplies.
• Move products to customer storage areas using hand trucks, electric pallet jacks, or manual methods.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and help verify delivery accuracy.
• Label and organize goods, handle returns or damaged products, and help with delivery paperwork.
• Help clean the truck and secure equipment after deliveries.
