Job summary

Capitol Building Supply, Inc. - Marshall in Marshall, VA is seeking a Delivery Helper to load, locate job sites, back up, prepare and restore the job site, and ready the truck for the next day.

You will comply with OSHA and DOT guidelines, perform pre-trip inspections, unload materials, secure loads, and navigate routes to customer sites. This is a full-time, hourly role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs to carry materials.
• Ability to work independently and on a team; lead or delegate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA/DOT safety guidelines; perform pre-trip inspections of equipment and paperwork.
• Safely unload and deliver to the assigned area; secure loads.
• Navigate routes to job sites and maintain truck and equipment.
