SRS Distribution Inc. is hiring a Delivery Helper in Fredericksburg, VA. The role focuses on loading, unloading, delivering materials and preparing trucks for daily operations.

You will comply with OSHA and DOT guidelines, perform pre-trip checks, and support site readiness for customer deliveries. Applicants should be able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in a team or independently, and communicate clearly with customers and management.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate information accurately.
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs to carry materials such as drywall and joint compound.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team; follow directions and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and locate job sites; prepare and restore the site.
• Safely unload products and deliver to assigned areas as directed.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Navigate routes to the job site and maintain truck/equipment.
