Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors is seeking a Helper / Stocker to support branch delivery operations in Manassas, VA. You will assist with safe handling, loading, unloading, and staging of building materials from the warehouse to delivery sites.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 250 lbs with assistance, operate a forklift when trained, and follow all safety procedures. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) and paid time off, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building material products preferred.
• Ability to unload, transport and position building materials as required.
• Able to follow safe methods of transporting material from delivery vehicle and between locations.
• Certified to operate forklift equipment or willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites and staging at the site.
• Follow safety rules and procedures and record quantities and types of materials.
• Ensure delivered products are neat, orderly and presentable.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently when trained, handling heavy loads.
