Job summary

QXO is hiring for a delivery/warehouse associate in Mesa, AZ. You will unload building products and shingles, assist with delivery operations, and support drivers at job sites while adhering to safety protocols and wearing required PPE.

This role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and transportation to the branch is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify order contents prior to loading onto the delivery truck.
• Assist with delivery operations.
• Demonstrate daily commitment to safety and wear PPE.

What You’ll Do

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
