Job summary

QXO in Los Angeles is seeking a delivery loader to safely unload building products and assist with delivery operations. You will verify orders, support rooftop and ground drop tasks, and maintain strict safety and PPE standards on site.

Ideal candidates bring reliable transportation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in an outdoor, physically demanding environment. Spanish language skills are a plus and training opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from the conveyor boom on the first or second story rooftop.
• When rooftop delivery is not feasible, assist with ground drop operations at the job site.
• Verify order contents prior to loading onto the delivery truck.
• Assist with delivery operations.
• Demonstrate daily commitment to safety and wear appropriate PPE.

What You’ll Do

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE

Salary Range
