Seaboard Products Co. in Danvers, MA is seeking a Delivery Helper to join our team. You will assist CDL drivers, help with navigation, and unload and deliver products to accounts on a full-time, hourly schedule.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with an $18.00 start rate, and a Monday–Friday shift pattern. Responsibilities include delivering pre-sold products, rotating stock, securing pallets, and returning containers or equipment to the warehouse.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to transport alcohol.
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 7:15 AM; end times may vary (1:00 PM–5:00 PM) depending on route and workload.

• Ensure pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.

Job Type: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:15am - 1:00pm - 5:00pm; depending on route and daily workload

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00/hr; $18.00/hr start

Objective: Delivery Helpers are paired with CDL Drivers for each truck route. Primary responsibilities of Delivery Helpers are to assist with navigation and to unload and deliver products to each account.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, and twist regularly.
• Must be able to lift approximately 55 lbs (e.g., two cases of beer).
• Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
• Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.
