Typical duties include assisting in food preparation, greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, managing deliveries, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must complete a ServSafe exam and participate in a background check upon hire (paid by Chick-fil-A).
• Minimum age 18 and a valid State-issued Driver’s License.
• Own reliable transportation that is clean and insured.
• Clean driving record for the past 2 years.
• Able to communicate reliably via smartphone to use the delivery app.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food items in the restaurant kitchen following food safety standards.
• Load, transport and set up food and equipment at the distribution point.
• Greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and create a positive customer experience.
• Break down and transport equipment and unsold inventory back to the restaurant.
• Track and report sales, waste, and inventory accurately.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Somerset's hospitality values at all times.
• Manage transactions using Delivery App and cash handling.
• Deliver portions that meet weight and presentation expectations.
