Responsibilities

Manage project cost, schedule, and overall performance.
Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
Keep projects on track by aligning crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
Resolve design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
