General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities regularly.

Training

Communication Skills

• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Effective verbal communication with customers and coworkers over the phone and in person.

Essential Skills

• Accurate and quick basic math skills, possibly using a calculator.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately.
• Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to process orders.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather, temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Delivery involves driving in different weather conditions and navigating stairs or ladders as needed.

Sensing and Temperaments

Effective talking and hearing, vision (near, mid, and far), depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Ability to work independently or with others, handle stress, and make decisions.

Physical Requirements
