Job summary

SAP SE in San Francisco seeks a Senior Delivery Lead to govern end-to-end delivery for strategic West Market Unit accounts, driving solution adoption, AI-enabled transformation, and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Led large-scale ERP implementations with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Pre-sales experience of strategic engagements, with ability to shape and close new services.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification is required.

What You’ll Bring

You bring deep expertise in end-to-end SAP delivery — leading complex programmes, managing executive relationships, and driving transformation outcomes for large enterprise accounts.

• Led large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations overseeing 50+ resources and $20M+ in annual programme revenue
• Demonstrated ability to govern scope, cost, risk, and performance across complex delivery programmes
• Proven track record driving SAP solution adoption, cloud transformation, and AI use cases through to production
• Pre-sales experience of $10M+ in strategic consulting, with the ability to shape and close new services engagements
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a master's degree is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Experience coordinating delivery ecosystems across customers, SAP, and System Integrator (SI) partners; SI experience is preferred
