Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Transportation, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations, preferably in exception management, claims, loss prevention, or freight security.
• Deep experience in fast-paced logistics with end-to-end knowledge of inbound/outbound/forward/reverse logistics.
• Strong investigative mindset with ability to analyze large datasets to find root causes and drive decisions.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills to translate findings for senior leaders and partners.
• Ability to influence across teams, carriers, and internal customers in sensitive situations.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, CRM, and AI/ML tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to tell stories with data visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze delivery exceptions, losses, damage, and theft across routes to identify root causes and patterns.
• Quantify Apple's financial exposure from carrier failures and claims; build business cases for corrective action.
• Drive carrier claims performance and recovery; improve claim accuracy and resolution time.
• Partner with Product Security to identify shipment risks and strengthen controls.
• Shift from reactive case resolution to upstream defect prevention with carriers and sites.
• Create a single trusted view by connecting data across order management, shipment tracking, carrier, claims, and service systems.
• Own KPIs for exception, loss, and claims and inform leadership and carriers when performance deviates from SLAs.
• Transition to proactive dashboards and self-serve visibility; use AI-assisted tools to speed investigations.
• Define business rules and data needs for next-gen exception management platform; test and validate capabilities.
• Standardize processes across DCs, carriers, and channels; lead readiness for peak events.
• Provide inputs to weekly/quarterly reviews with Logistics, Planning, Finance, Product Security, and executives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across time zones; mentor junior analysts to raise data quality.
