Job summary

Rockwell Automation offers a Leadership Development Program for new graduates, developing technical leadership and innovation skills within a global company. Associates join the Delivery (Field Service) Engineering team, gaining hands-on wiring, installation training, and exposure to Rockwell's automation technologies across multiple markets.

The program includes Engineer in Training (EIT) rotation, on-site troubleshooting, and the opportunity to relocate across a regional field team as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree required.
• Permanent legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite troubleshooting assistance for automation technologies.
• Install, replace, configure, and update control system equipment and software.
• Consult regarding the proper use, operation and maintenance of Rockwell Automation products and software.
• Travel as required to cover assigned region/sub-region.
