Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Permanent legal authorization to work in the US is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite troubleshooting assistance for automation technologies.
• Install, replace, configure, and update control system equipment and software.
• Consult regarding proper use, operation and maintenance of Rockwell Automation products and software.
• Respond to customer needs with swift, quality responses.
• Assist with development and implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Build collaborative relationships and embrace Rockwell's culture of integrity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Travel as required to cover the assigned region/sub-region.
