EliteOps is seeking a Delivery Engineer to support the implementation and delivery of cybersecurity and networking solutions for enterprise customers. This is a customer-facing role focused on executing technical projects, driving successful outcomes, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage technical deliverables across multiple customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).
• Strong understanding of routing, DNS, VPNs, and authentication concepts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and customer delivery projects from kickoff through completion.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize Zscaler solutions within customer environments.
• Gather technical requirements and assist with solution validation and deployment planning.
• Troubleshoot networking, security, and connectivity issues across customer environments.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, runbooks, and as-built deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support customer cutovers, migrations, and post-deployment optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with EliteOps Architects, Strategists, and Engineers to ensure successful project execution.

This is a customer-facing role focused on executing technical projects, driving successful outcomes, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage technical deliverables across multiple customer engagements. You will work closely with customers, architects, strategists, and fellow engineers to deploy, optimize, and support secure modern network architectures.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical implementations and customer delivery projects from kickoff through completion.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize Zscaler solutions within customer environments.
• Gather technical requirements and assist with solution validation and deployment planning.
• Troubleshoot networking, security, and connectivity issues across customer environments.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, runbooks, and as-built deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies such as ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, DNS, VPNs, and authentication concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues across multiple integrated systems.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Zscaler certifications (ZDTA, ZDTE, and ZDXA, or similar).
• Experience with SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, or cloud security technologies.
• Familiarity with identity providers such as Entra ID (Azure AD) or Okta.
