Now located in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, it offers an expanded showroom featuring current tools and accessories, a large stocking warehouse for convenient pick-up, and a full in-house repair facility. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Annapolis Junction, MD. Delivery Drivers are responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering tools, accessories, and related supplies to customers and job sites, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time. Daily tasks include vehicle inspections, maintaining clean and organized delivery vehicles, obtaining delivery confirmations, and handling basic documentation such as delivery logs and invoices. The role also involves providing respectful, professional customer service at each delivery, assisting with order questions, and coordinating with warehouse and sales teams to resolve issues. Drivers may support warehouse operations as needed, such as helping with inventory, preparing orders, and operating equipment after appropriate training and certification.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused skills, including strong Customer Service abilities and a professional, courteous approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Operational and warehouse-related skills, such as Forklift Operation or similar material-handling experience, with a commitment to safety and proper equipment use.
• Experience in Training, coaching, or mentoring peers on delivery procedures, safety practices, or customer interaction standards.
• Sales-related skills, including basic Sales understanding and comfort supporting product inquiries or add-on recommendations at delivery locations.
• Background in fast-paced service environments, such as Food & Beverage or comparable roles, demonstrating reliability, time management, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate delivery vehicles in compliance with local and company regulations.
• Ability to lift and move packages and equipment safely, and to work on-site for extended periods, including standing, walking, and loading/unloading materials. Capable of lifting minimum 50lbs
• Must have DOT or able to acquire
• Strong organizational skills, basic math and documentation abilities, and familiarity with using mobile devices or routing applications for deliveries.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior delivery, warehouse, or construction supply experience is a plus.
