Work involves exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperatures from 36 to above 90 degrees, and possible exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust. Tasks may involve standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds on deliveries), carrying, pushing/pulling, climbing stairs, and other movements required for food preparation and delivery.
Physical tasks include handling hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, maneuvering trays and equipment, and occasional ladder/climbing for signs maintenance or cleaning.
Team members must have adequate vision (near and mid-range) and the ability to differentiate hot vs cold surfaces. They should be capable of working alone or with others, handling stress, and maintaining quality standards while interacting with customers and coworkers.
