Domino’s Pizza Delivery Driver - Deliver Smiles, One Slice at a Time!

Location: 909 North Main Street, Marion, NC

Do you enjoy being on the road? Do you want a flexible job that allows you to make great tips? If so, become a Pizza Delivery Driver with Domino’s Pizza!

We're searching for friendly and reliable drivers to deliver hot, delicious pizzas to our customers. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring each delivery is prompt and leaves a positive impression.

What you'll be doing:

1. Delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and safe manner
2. Providing friendly and courteous customer service
3. Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle as well as store level
4. Following all traffic laws and safety procedures
5. Accepting payment and processing transactions accurately

What we're looking for:

1. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for a minimum of one year
2. Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
3. Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area
4. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
5. A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

What we offer:

Compensation:

Drivers average $20 - $25/hr or $40k - $50K a year:

1. Drivers are now paid $10 an hour
2. Drivers average $4.00 per delivery in tips
3. Drivers average 3 deliveries per hour
4. Hourly tips avg. = $12.00/hr
5. Hourly tips of $12.00 + $10/hr pay = $22.00/hr
6. $22.00/hr x 40hr a week = $880 a week
7. 50 weeks a year (took 2 weeks off for vacation) = $44,000

2. Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively.
3. Must work with Hustle and Energy; we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style.
4. Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers; the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business.

Qualifications:
