DELIVERY EXPERT JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, plus access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should possess customer service skills, navigational skills to read a map, and the ability to locate addresses within the designated delivery area. You must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings. Drivers also help with inside tasks periodically such as food preparation and cleaning. Must be licensed in the US for at least the last 2 years and be able to prove a licensed driving history. You must be an insured driver on the vehicle’s insurance policy. The vehicle must be registered.
$15.50 per hour, plus tips and mileage

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler areas to 90 degrees and above in some work areas. Sudden temperature changes; fumes from food odors; cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk-in cooler; hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving parts.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, hand tasks, and use of machines or tools as described below.

Motor vehicles used for business purposes must have the following items inspected at the start of employment and periodically thereafter under supervision of franchisees and store managers: headlights, turn signals, tires, mirrors, brake lights, brake pressure, wipers, doors, backup lights, exhaust, horn, safety belt. If a vehicle does not pass inspection, it must not be used for business deliveries.
