Job Description
General Job Duties include operation of all equipment; stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage, walk-in cooler, and work area; prepare products; receive and process telephone and internet orders; count inventory and complete paperwork; clean equipment and the facility. On-the-job training covers customer service, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Customer service skills involve the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers both over the phone and in person.
Pizza Delivery Skills include the ability to safely drive own vehicle, navigate roads and maps, and handle adverse terrain or stairs at delivery sites while carrying products.
General Physical Demands involve standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing ladders and stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, grasping with hands to operate machines, tools, equipment, and work aids, and tolerating exposure to varying temperatures and conditions inside and outside.
