Job Description
The following are considered minimum expectations for performance while working at Domino’s Pizza:
- Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner, being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
- Maintaining a professional appearance according to company standards.
- Demonstrating customer WOW steps: 1) Apologize, 2) Give them what they want, 3) Offer something extra.
- Pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of topping amounts.
- No one is allowed to clear pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
- Drivers must carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
- Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order, with no exceptions.
- No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
- No weapons or pocket knives are allowed while working.
- Driver vehicles should be neat, clean, and present a positive image while working.
- Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from deliveries.
- Pizza makers must wash their hands before preparing products.
- Only proper procedures for product preparation are permitted.
- Every driver must complete Safe Delivery CBT training.
- Every order should be repeated for accuracy, with the customer's name and address confirmed.
