The following are considered minimum expectations for performance while working at Domino’s Pizza:

1. Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner, being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
2. Maintaining a professional appearance according to company standards.
3. Demonstrating customer WOW steps: 1) Apologize, 2) Give them what they want, 3) Offer something extra.
4. Pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of topping amounts.
5. No one is allowed to clear pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
6. Drivers must carry $1 in coin change on every delivery.
7. Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order, with no exceptions.
8. No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
9. No weapons or pocket knives are allowed while working.
10. Driver vehicles should be neat, clean, and present a positive image while working.
11. Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from deliveries.
12. Pizza makers must wash their hands before preparing products.
13. Only proper procedures for product preparation are permitted.
14. Every driver must complete Safe Delivery CBT training.
15. Every order should be repeated for accuracy, with the customer's name and address confirmed.
