• Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated area and navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings

General Job Duties

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Communication and Customer Service

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Make correct monetary change
• Input orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Essential Functions/Skills

• Perform basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used)
• Verbally, reading, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements

Work Conditions

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, couponing and performing other outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas
• Sudden changes in temperature while inside and outside
• Exposure to fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler

Physical Requirements

• Driving: deliver pizzas within a designated area, may make several deliveries per shift
• Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position
• Walking: travel between store, vehicle and customer location
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries unloaded with a hand truck, up to 50 pounds in 3' × 1.5' cases; product stacked up to 72
