JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards as well as access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

QUALIFICATIONS

General job duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facilities.

Training is provided on the job. Effective communication skills are essential for understanding and giving instructions, and for interacting with customers and co-workers.

Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and making change. The ability to accurately and quickly perform basic arithmetic, enter orders using a computer or touch screen, and coordinate motor skills is required.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, and mechanical parts is possible during work.

SENSING

Tasks require talking and hearing, with visual acuity for in-store activities, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

TEMPERAMENTS

The ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently or with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, and make decisions is necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Most tasks are performed standing, with walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing involved. Specific weight and height requirements are detailed for lifting and carrying tasks.
