Qualifications & Work Conditions:

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, and cornmeal dust exposure. Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical and sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and differentiation between hot and cold surfaces. Ability to perform activities such as standing, walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 pounds), carrying, pushing, and occasional climbing stairs or ladders.
