Job summary

Whitestone Transport Inc. operates FedEx Ground routes from its San Antonio terminal. You will deliver packages on rural routes using a box truck, loading and unloading as needed, while following established routes and schedules.

Typical day involves about 100 miles and roughly eight hours of work. Training is provided at $165 per day for one week, with ongoing pay on Fridays and a potential performance bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Lift packages up to 150 lbs and maneuver in and out of the delivery vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses on rural routes.
• Load and unload packages and follow delivery routes.
• Work until all packages are delivered, approx. 8 hours per route.
• Routes cover about 100 miles per day.
